How To Use It

Shake well before use to mix the two phases together. Soak a cotton pad in the lotion and place over closed eyes. Lightly pat the cotton pad on the eyelid for 10 seconds to help dissolve eyeshadow. Wipe over eyelashes without rubbing, from the root towards the tip. Repeat the process until the cotton pad comes away clear.
