To ensure a smooth process, please review the following terms and conditions for claiming your refund:

  • Eligibility: This money-back guarantee applies exclusively to products purchased directly from the Escentual website in our MBG collection (https://escentual.com/collections/money-back-guarantee).

  • Contact Window: To claim your refund, you must contact our customer service team within 30 days of your order being delivered.

  • How to Claim:

    • Email our friendly customer service team at escentualpromise@escentual.com.

    • Include your order number in your email.

    • Explain the reason for your dissatisfaction.

  • Product Return: The unwanted product will need to be returned to us at your cost. Further instructions for the return process will be provided by our customer service team.

    • Any Gift With Purchase (GWP) received with the product you are returning or as part of a minimum spend threshold with this product must also be returned.

  • Refund Processing: Your refund will be issued within 7 days of our receipt of the returned product.

  • Exclusions: We are unable to issue a refund under the following circumstances:

    • If you contact us after 30 days of your order being delivered.

    • If you have previously redeemed a refund via Escentual Promise for the exact same product (or a different size variation of that product).

  • Right to Amend: Escentual reserves the right to amend, remove, or forfeit these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Escentual reserves the right to refuse refunds and revoke eligibility for the money-back guarantee in cases of suspected abuse of the scheme.
