To create the ultimate bedtime setting, lightly mist over your bed linens and around your room before allowing the mist to settle. Pair with the Sleep Better Roller Ball for an even greater sense of calm.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, and do not ingest. Discontinue use if you experience redness or itching.
