The Best Way To Use It:

Apply the bareMinerals Lasting Eyeliner along your upper lash line, starting from the corner and working your way outward, extending just past the outer corner. If you're looking for a defined winged liner, bring the liner towards the edge of your liner.

For a smoky look, draw a thick line along your upper lash line, staying as close to lashes as possible. Diffuse the line and smoke out the edges using a small, tapered brush to blend outward. Repeat on the lower lash line.
