Delivery Pass Details:

1. The Delivery Pass costs £9.95 and provides free next-day delivery on eligible orders placed on Escentual.com for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. To qualify for free next-day delivery, your order must have a minimum value of £20 (after any discounts or promotions have been applied).
3. The Delivery Pass is valid for UK mainland addresses only.. Please check the Escentual.com delivery information for a list of postcodes where delivery may take an extra day.
4. Orders must be placed before the cutoff time for next day delivery, as displayed on the website.

Eligibility and Use:

1. The Delivery Pass is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial or resale purposes.
2. The Delivery Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who purchased it.
3. Escentual.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend your Delivery Pass if we suspect misuse or fraudulent activity.

Delivery:

1. "Next-day delivery" refers to delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
2. Escentual.com will make reasonable efforts to ensure next-day delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
