Terms and Conditions

Entry period: 25 August 2026 to 2 September 2026

1. The Promoter

This prize draw is promoted by R.K. Aggarwal Limited, trading as Escentual (company number 02031097), registered office Churchgate House, Church Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff, CF14 2DX, United Kingdom ("the Promoter").

2. Entry period

The prize draw opens at 00:01 BST on Tuesday 25 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on Wednesday 2 September 2026. Entries received before or after this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.

Employees of the Promoter, of Guerlain and its parent and associated companies, their immediate families, agents, and any other person professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to request proof of age and residency before releasing a prize.

4. How to enter

To enter, complete and submit the newsletter sign-up form displayed on this page during the entry period.

Entrants who are already subscribed to the Escentual newsletter at the start of the entry period are automatically entered into the prize draw and need take no further action.

One entry per person. Entries made using automated systems, bulk entries, or entries made on behalf of a third party will be disqualified. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

No purchase is necessary. Entry is free of charge.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason.

5. The prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Guerlain Rouge G Bleu Iconique collector case — £34.00

• Guerlain Rouge G 24 Lips lipstick refill, shade 510 — £37.00

The total approximate retail value of the prize is £321.00.

The prize is supplied by the Promoter.

There is one prize available and one winner in total.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place within five (5) working days of the closing date, and will be conducted by an independent person or by a process supervised by an independent person.

7. Notification and claiming the prize

The winner will be notified by email, to the address used to enter, within five (5) working days of the draw.

The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of the prize within fourteen (14) days of the notification being sent. If no response is received within this period, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

The prize will be dispatched to a UK delivery address within thirty (30) days of the winner confirming acceptance and providing delivery details.

8. Prize conditions

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be exchanged in whole or in part.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any element of it, with a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

The winner is responsible for any taxes, costs, or expenses associated with claiming or using the prize that are not expressly stated in these terms.

9. Use of personal data

Personal data submitted on entry will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw and, where the entrant has subscribed, for sending marketing communications.

Entrants may unsubscribe from the Escentual newsletter at any time. Unsubscribing after entering does not invalidate an entry already made.

10. Publication of the winner's details

The surname and county of the winner will be made available for a period of one month after the closing date. To request these details, write to the Promoter at the address given in clause 1, or contact the Promoter using the Contact Us form on the Escentual website.

An entrant may object to their surname and county being published or made available, or may request that the amount of information published or made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using either method above. In such cases the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

11. General

Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw, or to disqualify any entrant, where it is necessary to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control or where an entrant is found to have breached these terms.

The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters relating to this prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
