1. Promoter: This prize draw is organised and promoted by Escentual.com Limited, 63-67 Wellfield Road Cardiff Wales UK CF24 3PA “Escentual”.

2. Prize Provider: Phoenix Beauty is providing the prize tickets for this prize draw.

3. Eligibility: 3a. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over 3b. Employees of Escentual, Phoenix Beauty, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.

4. Entry Period: The prize draw will run from 28th April 2025 to - 26th May (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

5. How to Enter: To enter, eligible customers must sign up via the link included in the Escentual.com Your Turn email newsletter and enter all the requested information in the prize draw form. 

6. Prize: There is one (1) prize only, consisting of two (2) tickets to the Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft tour in London on Sunday, July 13th 2025. And two (2) Billie Eilish Your Turn EDP 100mls. Tickets are for general admission unless otherwise stated. Travel, accommodation and any additional expenses are not included in the prize.

7. Winner Selection: a. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. b.The draw will take place by 27th May.

8. Winner Notification: a. The winner will be contacted via email [within 1 working day of draw]. b. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the direct message within 3 days of the initial notification, the prize will be forfeited, and Escentual reserves the right to draw a new winner.

9. Prize Fulfilment: The prize tickets will need to be collected by the winner on the day of the event (Sunday, July 13th, 2025) at the O2 Arena venue box office. To claim the tickets, the winner will need to provide their full name and email address (as provided to Escentual) and present a valid form of photo identification. Tickets will only be released to the named winner. No third-party collections will be permitted unless explicitly arranged and confirmed in writing in advance. Failure to present valid ID may result in the forfeiture of the prize.

10. Prize Restrictions: a. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

11. If the concert is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the promoter’s control, the promoter's shall not be held responsible. Where possible, alternative arrangements may be offered, but no guarantees are made. The promoter is not liable for any additional costs incurred or for any loss or disappointment experienced as a result of such changes.

12. Publicity: By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to participate in reasonablepublicity activities relating to the prize draw, which may include the sharing of their winning announcement post (without revealing personal contact information) on Escentual’s social media channels and websites.

13. Data Protection: Any personal data collected as part of this prize draw will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Escentual’s Privacy Policy (available at https://escentual.com/pages/privacy-statement).

14. Liability: a. Escentual shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature whatsoever suffered by any entrant resulting from or in connection with the prize draw or the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. b. Phoenix Beauty shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with the administration of this prize draw.

15. General: a. Escentual reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this provision of the prize. All queries relating to the prize draw should be directed to Escentual. B. Escentual’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in according to the laws of England and Wales.
