What Does Prada Virtual Flower Smell Like?
Virtual flower has a pear-like freshness that smells slightly juicy and fruity. Soft musks and the sweetness of ambrette keep the whole composition light and fun with a demure elegance.
The jasmine is subtle but enough to ensure the perfume smells sophisticated and has ties to Paradoxe’s original white floral DNA.
How Does Virtual Flower Compare To The Others?
I would say it’s the most delicate of all the paradoxes. When you spray it, you get hit with this freshly washed hair, pear-like scent due to the ambrette, the others don’t have this effect.
Intense is the sweetest floral, due to its white floral heart and creamy base of vanilla. The original eau de parfum is way more ‘traditional white floral’, with jasmine, neroli and orange flowers. To me, Virtual Flower has dialled down the florals to create a paradox perfume for someone who wants something lighter and fresher. Perhaps for spring and summer?
Virtual Flower’s Longevity
From my personal experience, this Eau de parfum lasts around 5-6 hours; this is normal for this strength of perfume.
Best Time To Wear It?
For Paradoxe fans, this is your daytime spring/summer option; it’s a good choice for a holiday if you love the DNA of paradoxes, but you prefer a lighter, more-skin like scent in the hotter weather.
If you’re new to Paradoxe, you could wear this day or night, and throughout any season. But its fresh-floral aroma makes me think it suits spring/summertime best.
The Refillable Element
The entire Prada Paradoxe range can be refilled. A 50ml pack and a 100ml refill together use 38% less packaging than three 50ml packs of Prada Paradoxe.*
*The reduction percentage varies based on the original bottle size: glass reduces between 20-31%, plastic between 17-58%, and cardboard between 21-44%.
To refill the bottle, unscrew the cap and remove the fragrance pump from your original fragrance once empty. Twist open the refill and pop it into the empty bottle, holding the refill upright before twisting it into place. The refill will dispense the perfume and stop automatically once your triangle bottle is full.
