Are Escentual Products Genuine?
As the online division of the Central Pharmacy and Perfumery and Clarins Gold Star Beauty Studio in Cardiff, we combine the convenience of online shfacopping with the excellent service of a specialist perfumery and beauty studio. We have a wealth of industry knowledge, with perfume experts and beauty therapists (fully trained by Clarins and Dior) on hand to answer our customers’ cosmetics and skincare queries.
We have been operating for 20+ years and have developed longstanding business contracts with official UK brands; all our products are genuine and new.

What Is Escentual’s Trustpilot Score?

Are Escentual Products Expired?
At Escentual, we aim only to sell products with a minimum expiry date of three months, but in most cases, it will be more. If the expiry date is any less, it will be outlined explicitly in the product description and will most likely be discounted.
However, some of our products don’t have an expiry date until after you’ve opened them. This date will be specified on the packaging, for example, 18M for 18 months after opening.
Can I Order Escentual Products That Are Out Of Stock?
Sometimes, we allow our customers to order products that are out of stock. Where this is possible, you can add the product to your basket. The expected delivery date for a rough despatch date will be specified in the stock level section; we will ship your order as soon as we receive stock. If the product is out of stock and you can’t add it to your basket, you cannot order it.
How To Unsubscribe From Escentual Emails?
If you’d like to unsubscribe from our mailing list (marketing emails), click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. Alternatively, you can change your email preferences in your account. Only tick the emails you’d like to receive; you can choose from shipping emails, newsletters, emails relating to your past purchases and review invitations.

What Payment Methods Does Escentual Accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Paypal and Discover payments. Currently, we don’t accept Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.
