Hero Ingredients:

Benefitting from 35 years of Dermalogica’s expertise, the Oxygen Cream formulation is packed with an impressive list of ingredients. Their innovative blend packs a powerhouse of botanical extracts and naturally derived ingredients that aim to plump and nourish the skin.

Glycogen significantly improves tone, radiance and hydration with its water-binding properties. Naturally occurring in the body, this cell-energising ingredient helps to replenish the skin’s moisture barrier, leaving skin looking moisturised.

Similarly, squalane also organically features in the skin and acts as a plumping and firming ingredient. Matching the skin’s natural sebum, squalane improves the skin’s softness and makes an excellent emollient.
Rose of Winter (Camellia) soothes and boosts skin’s resilience. It is rich in antioxidants and helps maintain the skin barrier function for better skin health.

Ligustrum Lucidum Seed and Nasturtium Flower optimise oxygenation at the skin’s surface; this helps improve luminosity for the best results or visibly glowing skin.

Lastly, Luffa root helps the skin’s resilience to environmental stressors and firms and energises the skin.

The environmentally friendly formulation is not only good for the planet but for the skin. Using naturally derived ingredients, Dermalogical reduces the risk of inflammation and blemishes. Think about it – putting what is in your skin on your skin surely can’t do too much wrong.

What Skin Type Is It For?

You can use it on any skin type, but it has been specifically curated for those with ageing skin looking for revitalisation.

What Does It Feel Like?

The face cream has a thin, lightweight feel that glides onto the skin easily with minimal effort. Unlike other moisturisers, this one sinks into the skin quickly, offering that glowy, radiant look. After applying skincare, I am a big fan of a slight sheen, which provides that dewy look.

What Does It Smell Like?

The moisturiser has a gorgeous lavender smell reminiscent of a spa or a calming essential oil. This was one of my main selling points – I love the light, fresh, relaxing scent that makes the product feel luxurious, like a DIY facial.

How Do You Use The Product?

Apply to clean, dry skin on the face and neck in the morning. Warm the cream before flatly placing your hands over the face’s middle. Work outwards and then smooth over the
Gently press down, working again from the middle of the face outwards to enhance drainage (this can help to preserve youthful facial features).

What’s Special About The Design?

The design and packaging have been created with the planet in mind, following in the footsteps of its formula, which heavily focuses on the power of botanical extracts. Both the bottle and carton are sourced from FSC-certified, responsibly managed forests and can be recycled. There are also no artificial fragrances, colours or gluten, making this product kind and gentle on the skin. The vegan formula comes in a glass jar with a purple ombre design, adding to the serenity of the cream. It is heavy and durable, with minimal sleek packaging that seamlessly sits on the shelf next to your skincare collection.
