Clarins Eau Ressourcante is all about serenity, freshness and rejuvenation. Shower milk, body cream, and a fragrance can be combined to create a bespoke routine. Why We Wanted To Try It

What We Thought After 30-Days Of Using It

You Will Love This Range If…

Hero Ingredients:

This range is centred around the healing properties of basil, an aromatic herb recommended to relieve nervous disorders. With soothing properties, basil is great for giving a fresh, clean feeling while relaxing and soothing.

Paired with Iris in the fragrance, a sharp floral ingredient, the skin feels rebalanced, softened and lightly scented. Cedarwood is also found in the perfume, giving a woody, balsamic undertone and a rich leathery base layer.

Shea butter is uniquely found in shower milk, which adds moisturising and enriching properties—this powerhouse ingredient boots skin’s natural moisture barrier, soothing inflammation and relieving dry skin. As well as easing irritation, this incredible butter helps to promote cell regeneration, meaning a faster turnover of healthy new cells. Similarly, hibiscus seed is used in the body cream to soften the skin and enhance the skin’s ability to retain moisture. I love how both products focus on keeping skin supple, smooth and nourished.

What Does The Range Smell Like?

The range is centred around the perfume, which has a fresh, spicy aromatic scent. This is mirrored in the body cream and shower milk, which have the same herbal, woody fragrance. These are all pleasant and enveloping without being too overpowering.

How Do You Use The Products?

If you are using these to build an entire routine, I will start by using the shower milk to nourish and hydrate whilst washing. After cleansing and comforting with this wash, I would apply the body cream to dry/damp skin. Soothing and moisturising, this silky cream blends into the skin quickly without leaving a greasy residue. For the final touch, spritz the perfume all over, but especially on pulse points, to lock in the scent.
