BURBERRY Mr Burberry Element Eau de Toilette Review
Share
BURBERRY Element has been added to the suave and classy Mr Burberry collection. This time, the Eau de Toilette for men has been designed to celebrate the effortless symmetry found within British nature. Read on to find out how the fragrance honours the natural world…
This Fragrance Smells Like…
Mr Burberry Element is a powerful scent that blends a sense of modern strength with verdant freshness for a breathtaking fragrance. The woody Eau de Toilette opens with a unique and nutty bitter almond note before its heart gives way to a spicy yet fresh juniper facet and sensual green almond accord. Finally, the powerful base of mineral oak creates a forest-floor effect as it contrasts warm, salty ambergris to create a unique interpretation of a woody Eau de Toilette.
What’s The Story Behind This Scent?
Mr Burberry Element is a new-for-2020 aftershave that’s inspired by the effortless symmetry found within Britain’s natural world. As a result, the fragrance centres around and builds upon a plethora of earthly and woody facets.
You Will Love This If…
If you’re a fan of modern, fresh and traditionally masculine scents, you’ll love the breathtakingly woody notes celebrated in Jerome Di Marino’s Element Eau de Toilette.
This Perfume Smells Similar To:
This fragrance is often compared to Versace Pour Homme by Versace due to its aromatic, mossy tones. If you like that scent but want something a little less citrusy, Mr Burberry Element might be a good one to try.
Is Mr Burberry Element Unisex?
Element is marketed as a fragrance for men. Of course, we believe that fragrance has no gender, so as long as you’re a fan of woodier, fresher fragrances, you’re sure to love this one.
What’s The Longevity Like?
As an Eau de Toilette, Element should last for around two to three hours as a minimum; it certainly lasted longer than that for me.
What’s Special About The Bottle?
With a double-walled blue glass bottle, statement sleek black lid and iconic necktie, the flacon clearly honours the rest of the Mr Burberry collection in its design. The classic Mr Burberry design honours the black Heritage Trench Coat and its signature design details; the cap references horn-look buttons, while a knot sits around the neck, celebrating the innovative fabric invented by Thomas Burberry more than 100 years ago. However, this is given a fresher, blue reinvention to make the scent stand out from its predecessors.
