Burberry Her is a fruity, feminine fragrance for women that launched in 2018. It's best loved for its sweet, powdery aroma that reminds many people of strawberries and cream.
Fast forward to 2025 and the range has grown to include the Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Elixir, and not one but two Intense launches. What's the difference between the original Burberry Her Intense and the 2025 Her Intense?
The most notable difference is the lack of strawberry in the original Intense; it smelt more like cherry. The rest of the composition is similar, with white florals and warm, woody notes.
Another big difference is the bottle. The 2025 Intense has a matte, milkshake pink bottle, which is more in keeping with the rest of the range. The original Intense had a light brown-to-pink gradient.
What Does Burberry Her Intense Smell Like?
Her Intense smells bright, delicious and fresh. It's a syrupy-sweet mix of juicy strawberries and radiant white florals that will make you feel feminine and youthful when you wear it.

How Does Burberry Her Intense Smell different to the original?
Intense, as the name suggests, is a stronger version of the original Her Eau de Parfum. It has all the delicious, addictive qualities of the original x10. Above all, it's the strawberry note that I find to be the most amplified - it's delicious. Because the dial has been turned up, the perfume is also more long-lasting than the original.
What's the Longevity Like?
I could still smell it after 5-6 hours. It's more long-lasting than the original, definitely. The Elixir, however, lasts even longer. I could still smell that on my skin after 6+ hours.
What's Special About The Design?
The Burberry Her bottle is sleek and simple. Inspired by archival Burberry designs, it has a rectangular shape with soft, rounded edges and a slightly curved shoulder. The minimalist look, with an off-centre cap, feels modern yet timeless. Each of the bottles has a different opaqueness or colour so that it's easy to distinguish them in the range.
