The perfume opens with a triple dose of citrus fruits that smell authentic, with juicy notes of lemon, lime and mandarin. At the fragrance’s heart, a sensual woodiness comes to life with smoky hojari frankincense, black pepper and resinous elemi. As the perfume settles on the skin, it transforms into smoky cade, grassy vetiver with a final impression of woody guaiacwood.

Perfumer Alexis Grugeon created Search as part of the Oydessy Escape collection. Chapter III: Escape is the third chapter in the Oydessy range; it explores frankincense in a new way, highlighting citrusy and warm qualities with a cool quality. Search gives frankincense a unique bright signature that’s in equal part zesty and smoky.
