13 Beauty Launches From November We Are Excited To Try

Find out what we were excited to put to the test from November’s best beauty launches!
1. Initio Paragon
New launch: Initio Paragon Eau de Parfum
Eleni: It’s really cosy because it brings you nice warm memories of a lovely cosy evening with a lovely book and a cup of tea or a cup of coffee – or, in my case, chai latte with soy milk. This one is a bit deeper and it releases different spices. It changes, and that’s what I really like about this one.
2. Advanced Beauty Collagen
New launch: Proto-col Advanced Beauty Collagen Red Berry Flavour 15 Day Kit
Tom: I used the complete collagen last time, which I think has 8000 milligrams of collagen, and this one has 10,000. So, the reason I used it before was more for the physical muscular benefits it’s meant to have, so I think this might be more for beauty, like skincare-related, so this might not work as well as the previous one did. But I thought I’d give it a go with quite a bit more collagen and see if it helps my muscles and tendons etc.
3. DHC Hatomugi Range
New launch: DHC Hatomugi Milk, DHC Hatomugi Face Wash, DHC Hatomugi Lotion
Darcey: Apparently, this is really great at rebuilding your skin barrier, which is really good for sensitive skin types. I’m hoping that this will strengthen my skin barrier and rebalance my microbiome.
4. Parfums de Marly Feminine Discovery Set
New launch: Parfums de Marly Feminine Discovery Set
Kate: I think I’m going to have to share these with a few people. I’m sure my mum will want to try them all; I think some of my friends will if they can get the chance, as well. I’m going to use this a little bit like a joint discovery set, so I can learn a little bit more about what kinds of fragrances my friends love.
5. Grown Alchemist Body Exfoliant
New launch: Grown Alchemist Smoothing Body Exfoliant – Peppermint, Pumice & Activated Charcoal
Rosa: I haven’t experienced anything from Grown Alchemist yet. And, in general, I really love their packaging. I love the minimalism of it. And I’ve heard really, really good things about the brand.
6. GUERLAIN La Petite Robe Noire Intense
New launch: GUERLAIN La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Parfum Intense
Ceryn: I really love the EDP original and the intense original, which was blue. Now what they’ve changed about this is the bottle – now, you can see it’s pink. The fragrance is kind of a rosy fragrance and it’s got blueberry – that’s probably why it was blue in the original one. But the fragrance itself hasn’t changed this time around, so I’m very excited about that.
7. Bioderma Sebium Intense Cleansing Gel
New launch: Bioderma Sebium Intense Purifying Cleansing Active Foaming Gel
Leah: I have very oily skin – I started with more combination. But, as I’ve gotten a bit older, it’s gotten a lot more oily, especially across zones like my chin and jawline. Something like this will be great because it unlocks all my pores as well, and then reduces the imperfections and blemishes that I get. Fingers crossed, hopefully it will reduce it.

8. Gallinee Vinegar Anti-Blemish Serum
New launch: Gallinee Vinegar Anti-Blemish Serum
Chelsey: At the moment, my breakouts are terrible. And they’re under the skin and not coming to the surface. So, I need something that’s going to really unclog my pores.
9. Wet Brush Original Detangler
New launch: Wet Brush Original Detangler
Rosa: It’s supposed to be made with this technology that doesn’t drag your hair, so you don’t have much fallout, which is fantastic. It’s exactly what I need.
10. Parfums de Marly Oriana Mini
New launch: Parfums de Marly Oriana Mini
Keavy: I love this miniature version – it’s even cuter than the big bottle because you get a little mini one you can take around everywhere, which I think is great.
11. Vichy Anti-Dandruff Shampoo
New launch: Vichy Dercos Anti-Dandruff Advanced Action Shampoo for Itchy Scalp, Dry Hair Refill
Darcey: I have a really sensitive scalp that’s very prone to dandruff and I’ve really struggled to find stuff that works. My scalp is quite dry with dandruff and I get a lot of open sores.
12. La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Spray
New launch: La Roche-Posay Cicaplast B5 Soothing Repairing Spray
Ceryn: I’m a huge fan of the balm. So, as soon as I saw the spray, I knew I wanted to try it during preparation because I’ve got eczema-prone skin; I was instantly drawn to it. And, because the balm works so well for me, I knew the spray was going to be a great addition to my skincare routine. It’s also anti-inflammatory.
13. Wet Brush Mini Detangler
New launch: Wet Brush Mini Detangler Pink
Chelsey: I want it for my night-out bag and to take to work throughout the day. My hair needs constant brushing. I’m unsure if it’s because it’s very over-coloured and doesn’t hold a style very well. So, I continue to brush it to keep it in shape; this is a perfect size.
