Atkinsons' fragrance opens with a sprinkling of fresh and spicy pink pepper, which gives way to a heart of rich, floral ylang-ylang, sweet, nectarous peach and intoxicatingly white floral gardenia before a dry down of Indonesian patchouli, warm amber and soft and alluring sandalwood adds an opulent, sensual flourish to this unisex fragrance.

This beautiful vintage location is currently home to Atkinsons' flagship store; and the scent is as opulent and aristocratic as you'd hope it to be. It pays homage to the politician who commissioned the building of the arcade, Lord George Cavendish, who wanted the arcade to give employment to women, although only six of the original leaseholders were female, so even male milliners and corset-makers were referred to as "Madame".
