4. Introducing Escentual Points (formerly Pretty Pennies)
Our beloved Pretty Pennies reward scheme has also been refreshed! Now called Escentual Points, the system is designed to make earning and using points even easier.
How can I view my points?
You can now view your points by clicking the Escentual Points icon in the top-right corner of the website. Or, if you're logged in, an Escentual Points pop-up will appear automatically in the bottom left.

Why does my 'Account' page look different?
We’ve recently updated our website to enhance your experience! The new design offers a more streamlined look and improved features, making it easier for you to navigate your account.
You’ll now find it simpler to view your previous orders, and access important informational. We believe these changes will make your shopping experience smoother and more enjoyable. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team!
How have Pretty Pennies changed?
We’ve updated the name of your Pretty Pennies to Escentual Points ! This change comes along with a new location on our website for easier access. You can now view your points by clicking on the coins icon in the top right corner. If you’re logged in, a pop-up will appear to show your current points.
Rest assured, how you earn Escentual Points hasn’t changed—you're still earning 2 points for every £1 spent . Enjoy collecting and redeeming your points!
Why does my Wishlist look different?
Your wishlists will be viewable (when logged in) via the heart icon on the top right of the website. If your wishlist is empty, please don't worry; they aren't gone, they are being updated, please bear with us.
