I keep ordering my beauty products from here since opening ( more than 10 years) and if I was impressed with the fast service they provide, I kept thinking that all good staffs will end… but to my surprise.. they are providing same quality service like in the day one. Website is easy to use, even for a pensioner. Great selection of perfumes aftershave etc. Speedy delivery often ahead of scheduled date. Really well packaged with recyclable packaging. Free samples great idea. Have already found a gift thanks to sample sent.
Would love it if customers were able to select the free samples. I often see perfumes advertised which I wud like to try but it is difficult for me to get to outlets to try them.

I've been a customer of Escentual for 5 or 6+ years now and it has always been a good experience to purchase from them. Their fast, accurate service and special offers keep me returning. I don't always get the make-up purchases right (hard to select colours on-line if one isn't familiar with the product), though I've had great successes too - but known perfumes and face/body creams etc easier to buy with confidence. However, Escentual regularly includes free samples of perfumes and creams etc with orders (plus the regular emery board - v useful) one of which, Acqua di Parma, introduced me to a beautiful perfume range, albeit pricey, on which I splashed out. I like that the company now seems to use paper rather than bubble wrap to pack items, though the bubble-wrap envelopes with security seal/label make it difficult to re-use them and tricky/mostly impossible to recycle. I realise this matter pales into insignificance in contrast to the sometimes extravagant (mostly plastic) packaging of the tons of make-up, perfume and potion containers many of us clock up during our lives. However, this not Escentual's remit but ours, as drivers of production, to reduce over-consumption and therefore waste.
I'll continue to purchase from Escentual as it's a great online retailer. Thank you to all staff.

Escentual can be totally relied upon to offer a broad range of products at excellent prices and with speedy, carefully packaged delivery. Their frequent reviews are informative. Website and payment are easy to navigate. Very highly recommendef. My only sadness is that current aconomies mean we no longer receive that little sample especially of perfume, that used to provide an extra joy on opening a parcel. In addition my two feline friends make good use of a decent sized box and rate the latticed paper as top quality bedding!

Excellent service. We have used Escentual previously for the purchase of some cosmetics for our daughter-in-law that she's very fond of. We had good service then, and it was the same again this time. The order arrived earlier than scheduled, it was very well packaged (no crushed packaging etc), the items were in stock as advertised and the price was as good as any we could find online. If you know what you're looking for, why the need to tramp around the shops when you get service like this delivered to your door. We will definitely be using Escentual again in the future.

Have been using Esentual for some years now. Great selection of everything I need at great prices . Wouldn’t use anyone else . Very fast , reliable delivery . Placed an order last Sunday . Made an error when ordering . Phoned customer services and spoke to a really nice, helpful lady. Who rectified my error. Order arrived well packaged Tuesday morning. Less than 48 hrs after placing my order.

Ordered 2 x 90ml YSL Opium at a good price - hard to get at the moment. I was a bit concerned that 3 were showing in stock but after ordering I was told that there was no stock and delivery wouldn't be for 2 weeks. I phoned the office with the intention of cancelling the order and my call was answered immediately. The person on the other end was confused as to why this had happened and I was assured that it was definitely in stock so I left things as they were. The order duly arrived a couple of days later. Very good service.

Silky smooth transaction resulting in a sweeter smelling me. Targeted my chosen fragrance through tried and tested usage, acquired the relevant volume, for my desired usage. Slipped it into my basket in the dead of night, like some sort of swashbuckling hero, followed the simple steps, et voila. Now I can dramatically enter any room, with my favourite aroma, and charm the wallpaper off the walls. I feel like a new man after every purchase. Currently sporting the younger version of Eau Savage, as it is nice and pungent. I save the more traditional one for those romantic occasions, like my dreams. Why would you go anywhere else to get your smellies? Outstanding effort, Escentual, and very easy to use.

Brilliant experience. First because, having discovered Escentual, I no longer need to engage in the risky business of buying from abroad ......... the tales I could tell! Second because the pricing was reasonable including free carriage. Third because the emails tracking progress were prompt and helpful, as was the response to an initial enquiry I had. Fourth because it was just 5 days from ordering to receipt. All round an unusually and unexpectedly welcome experience.

Essential is a fantastic high quality website for all your premium beauty products. Delivery is superb, wrapped securely in protective packaging and delivered quickly by Royal Mail with tracking- I cannot find fault. My item was at a very good price with discount. Really impressed, YSL had failed my order and told me a couple of days later it was out of stock, found the same item on Escentual with £30 off and it was delivered in 2 days. Only marked 4 stars as although the gift box was wrapped in packing as it was a soft box it did arrive crushed on one side. Packaging would have been fine for hard boxes. 2 free samples aswell - will definately use again.

I wish I could do all of my beauty and fragrance shopping at Escentual as I would always favour and want to support an independent, family-run brand which is truly caring and customer-focused rather than one of the many, many Hut Group brands. The only reason I ever shop anywhere else is if I cannot get a particular brand at Escentual. They are extremely competitively priced and offer service that goes far beyond other retailers. 10/10 and highly, highly recommended from me!
