Too Faced Natural Radiance Palette & Natural Kiss Palette Swatches

More than anything else I’m a sucker for complexion products, so the recently released Too Faced Natural Face Natural Radiance Palette is a dream come true. It’s space-saving, beautiful-looking and includes a harmony of foolproof, wearable colours – and best of all it comes with how-to flash cards which tell you how to sculpt and shape your face like a supermodel.

To complement this palette Too Faced have also produced the special Natural Kiss Neutral Lip Colour Collection. Packed full of naturally glamorous hues in a variety of finishes, it takes the hard work out of creating a day time lip wardrobe.

I swatched both of the palettes, and I fell in love with the pigmentation and the flawless textures…

Natural Face has the same dimensions as the ever-popular Too Faced eye shadow palettes, making it a compact and really handy way to touch up your complexion on the go. The cardboard palette is wonderful – lightweight, sturdy and easy to open with its magnetic strip and pull cord.

Inside you’ll find a large Bronze Veil for contouring, a Crème Brush for creating a dewy flush, and a pearlescent Blush for a radiant and refined finish. There’s also the beige Conceal for covering blemishes, a highlighting Luminize crème, and a lighter Brighten concealer for cancelling out darker spots.

Bronze Veil is a subtly shimmering golden bronze shot infused with gold pearl. It’s a really natural looking colour that is silky soft and blends wonderfully. The creamy, almost gel-like Crème Blush is highly pigmented and provides a pop of rosy colour for a youthful flush. The 3D radiance of the peachy pink Blush creates a luminous glow, and can be paired with the Crème for long-lasting cheek colour.

The complexion perfecting colours are best suited for lighter skintones – Conceal comes in only one shade, Sandy Beige, while Brighten is Warm Ivory. Both are creamy and pliable, with good wear and a medium level of coverage. The beautiful Luminize with its golden peach shimmer is a standout. Its high shine finish is a foolproof way to achieve ultra-glam cheekbones.

The Natural Kiss palette is presented in a practical plastic snap-close compact. It is slim, palm-sized and really convenient for touch-ups with its large mirror and included lip brush.

The first shade is a super glossy Lip Shimmer; the second a pearlescent nude Lip Crème; the third a pinky bronze Lip Crème; and the fourth rosy brown Lip Gloss. Each long-wearing colour comes in a different finish and texture, and can be blended together to create custom shades.

The texture of the Lip Shimmer is so much fun – it’s really gel-like, and you need the tiniest amount to create an ultra glittery pout. There’s so much glitter in this one that it is quite high coverage, so blend out for a more subtle effect. The high shine nude Lip Crème offers a glamorous take on a nude lip, with just a touch of warmth and a 3d pearl shine.

The warm pinky bronze Lip Crème has a satin, natural-looking finish and is an ideal ‘my lips but better’ shade. The darkest colour of the bunch is the rosy brown Lip Gloss, a pigment-packed shade that offers a touch of understated, natural glamour for the day or night.
