Special Post: Guerlain Kiss Kiss Gloss Swatches

I have never been a fan of gloss as I tend to prefer the pigmentation offered by a slick of lipstick. That being said, if there was ever a lip gloss range to test my theory, it’s this luxurious one from Guerlain. I had the chance to swatch the entire Kiss Kiss collection last week and I came away feeling seriously impressed (and with an addition or two to my Christmas list). Not only are these glosses pigment rich and glossy, but they aren’t super sticky – another gloss pet peeve of mine.

Now, I’ve never swatched gloss before – it’s a pretty messy experience. It’s a good thing these glosses aren’t sticky! Plus my arm did smell absolutely amazing afterwards, so I didn’t complain for too long.

Check out the pigmentation and sheen on these lovely formulations:

820 Cherry Fizz (Hot pink with iridescent shimmer); 821 Fraise a Croquer (Pink with metallic gold sheen); 823 Poppy Star (Orange-red with golden sparkles); 847 Peche Caramel (Nude with peach shimmer); 848 Brown Sugar (Peach with silver shimmer); 849 Fizzy Mango (Rosy red with gold shimmer)

850 Moka Shake (Chocolate with silver shimmer); 860 Rose Florida (Bubblegum pink with pink shimmer); 864 Rose Sunset (Rose pink with multicolour shimmer); 865 Rose Temptation (Mauve with silver shimmer); 866 Figue Plaisir (Brown with iridescent shimmer); 867 Rosy Plum (Grape with iridescent shimmer)
