Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blusher Swatches

I love the Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blusher. As the name suggests, its dropper and compact size likens it to a little flacon of watercolour paint, making it lots of fun to apply each morning. The novelty factor stops there though, because the formulation, application and pigmentation really are a dream come true for makeup fans.
The blusher comes in 10 vibrant shades: Pop (watermelon pink), Cherub (pale pink shimmer), Flush (rosy pink), Spicey (browned pink), Dare (deep hot pink), Truth (beige nude shimmer), Gentle (peachy nude), Icing (iridescent pale pink) Angel (medium pink peach), and Passion (warm pink).
Here, I take a look at Cherub, Truth, Spicey and Gentle…
Cherub is a sweet pink flush that is wonderful for fair to medium skintones; Truth gives a wash of beige shimmer for a really polished look; Spicey is a warming pink-red-brown that looks great on medium to dark skintones; and Gentle provides a peachy glow that lifts the complexion.
Look at all that pigment! A larger than average drop was used to create these swatches in order to give a true feel of the colour, but in reality you’d use a much smaller amount. The formulation is so pliable – you can work it with your fingers or with the specially created Waterbrush to create your desired look. I applied the Blush straight from the bottle and used my finger to blend it out.
Here they are properly blended out with the Watercolour Brush. You could blend them more than this for a natural look, or build up the colour for a sculpted finish.
