What Does It Feel Like?
Clarins’ anti-ageing serum has a liquid texture with a slightly oily feel thanks to its biomimetic AKA oil phase. It sinks into your skin really easily for a comfortable, hydrated and glowy finish that doesn’t look greasy. What Does It Smell Like?
This is Clarins we’re talking about, so naturally, it’s going to have a pleasant scent – they are experts in aromatherapy, after all. Double Serum has a light, slightly floral scent that adds to the process of applying.
How To Use Clarins Double Serum:
Use Clarins’ anti-ageing treatment as the second step in your skincare routine, directly after cleansing. Dispense into the palms of your hand and gently press into the face and neck before following up with a moisturiser.
If you have oily skin, or are using the serum in the morning, switch the dial to the smaller droplet. If you have dry skin or are using the serum at night, turn the dial to the larger droplet for a more intensive dose.
What’s Special About The Design?
To start with, it’s made from 10% recycled material. It also has a dual-chamber pump that allows the two halves to release at the same time, so you can mix them together as you apply. The really cool bit is that it has an adjustable push dial button that dispenses a made-to-measure dose. If you want a lighter dose, turn to the pump to the left. Or, turn the other way for a larger dose (which is great for drier skin types or night-time use).
Oh, and there’s more exciting news: before, you only used to be able to get two size variations: Clarins Double Serum 30ml and Clarins Double Serum 50ml. From 2022, a new version joined the mix: Clarins Double Serum 75ml, which has the exact same cult-status formula – just more of it!
