Each time I wear Alien Goddess, it transports me to a tropical island that’s drenched in sunlight. I’m in a small wooden hut on the water’s edge, sheer white curtains billowing in the ocean breeze – a place that epitomises relaxation to me.

Why Does This Fragrance Make You Feel Relaxed? Nettare di Sole is a honeyed solar masterpiece, and every spritz of its luminous scent makes me feel incredibly relaxed. To me, the fragrance has a sun cream quality that instantly gives me serious holiday vibes (and being on holiday is when I always feel most relaxed as I take things moment by moment.) I love taking Nettare away with me too, so it reminds me of being lathered head to toe sunscreen and reading on the beach – my happy, relaxed place.

3. J Lo Glow
Fragrance Pick: J Lo Glow Eau de Toilette
Why Does This Fragrance Make You Feel Relaxed? Ever since J Lo Glow came out in 2002, it has been a constant in my life. It is one of those fragrances that I always have and I will always have in my collection because, every time I feel stressed or unsure, I spray Glow and it takes me back to relaxed times.
Its familiar aroma helps me to feel at peace everytime I wear it. Glow’s scent always reminds me of a sweet pink bubble bath, which is the most relaxing thing I can think of. So, even though my collection of fragrances has expanded quite a lot since my childhood, J Lo Glow will always have a special place in my collection – and in my heart.
